Our RBK0231 model is specifically designed for babies aged 0–24 months and meets rigorous international safety standards. RIVBOS® offers sunglasses across two main age groups. The RBK0231 baby line is specifically designed for ages 0–24 months — covering newborns, infants, and toddlers — with proportions sized for the smallest faces. The RBK004, RBK002, and RBK037 kids lines are designed for ages 3 and up, offering larger frames with more active-wear features.
Yes. All RIVBOS® sunglasses provide 100% UV400 protection — blocking all UVA, UVB, and UVC rays with wavelengths up to 400 nanometers. They also filter 98.9% of harmful blue light. Children's eyes are significantly more vulnerable to UV damage than adult eyes, making full UV400 protection essential, especially during outdoor activities.
RIVBOS® frames are made from soft silicone rubber that is extremely flexible and highly durable. While no product is literally indestructible, our frames are engineered to bend, flex, and twist in any direction without cracking or breaking. They've survived drops, throws, being stepped on, and even being chewed — making them as close to unbreakable as children's eyewear gets.
Each pair of RIVBOS® sunglasses comes with an adjustable elastic strap that attaches to both temples of the frame. The strap is fully adjustable to fit any head size — from tiny newborns to active older kids. Each pair of RIVBOS® sunglasses comes with: (1) the sunglasses themselves with pre-attached or included adjustable elastic strap, (2) a protective case or soft pouch for safe storage and transport, and (3) a microfiber cleaning cloth for easy lens maintenance. Yes. RIVBOS® sunglasses feature HD polarized lenses that significantly reduce glare from reflective surfaces such as water, sand, snow, and pavement. Polarized lenses provide clearer, more comfortable vision and help reduce eye strain, which is especially important for developing young eyes during prolonged outdoor activities.
Use the included microfiber cleaning cloth to gently wipe the lenses in a circular motion. For more thorough cleaning, rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with the microfiber cloth. Avoid using paper towels, rough fabrics, or harsh chemical cleaners — these can scratch or damage the anti-reflective coating. Never use hot water or leave the glasses in direct, intense heat.
